This beachfront condo on the 13th floor has spectacular views, and needed an interior to match! The floor plan was entirely reconfigured to maximize the ocean views. Walls were removed to create an open kitchen, bar and living space and the entry way was built out to create a large foyer. All walls were smoothed and painted. The east facing balcony that was enclosed by the original owner was opened up. The electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems were updated, including the addition of a custom home theatre system and a more efficient A/C system. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated and now have luxurious finishes such as granite, stone, marble and custom glasswork. The library & living space now boasts custom millwork such as built-ins, crown & base molding & decorative trim. The flooring throughout was demolished and replaced with stone and exotic hardwood. New windows, doors, window coverings, appliances, fixtures & finishes add the final touch of luxury to this complete oceanfront overhaul.
